Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a permanent magnet rotor that allows a generator-motor itself to be made thin and lightweight, and at the same time achieve high output and high efficiency. SOLUTION: The rotor is provided with an inner member 2, a roughly ring- shaped outer member 1 which has a weak magnetism and whose inner periphery is in contact with the outer periphery of the outer ring section 21 of the inner member 2, and a plurality of permanent magnets 3 placed at equal intervals in the circumferential direction on the outer periphery of the outer member 1. Of the inner member 2 and the outer member 1, at least one is composed of a sintered material. Also, the inner member 2 and the outer member 1 are bonded together by sintering.
