Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission device which can be designed without any awareness of a plurality of kinds of signals by simplifying the constitution of the transmission device. SOLUTION: The transmission device (10) which interfaces a plurality of kinds of signals having different bit rates has reception processing parts (12, 14) which assemble pieces of control information included in the plurality of kinds of received signals into a frame in a specified common format and a control part (18) which performs specified internal processing for the control information included in the frame. Each reception processing part has a memory part which stores the control information included in the plurality of kinds of received signals and an assembly part which reads control signals out of the memory part and assembles them into the frame in the common format.
