PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an optical disk having two recording layers on which high-density information is recorded. SOLUTION: According to the method for manufacturing an optical disk, a very small recessed and projected part 101 (15) corresponding to a second recording or reflecting layer laminated on a first recording or reflecting layer provided on a substrate 11 is easily formed in a process similar to the normal manufacturing process of an optical disk by curing a photosetting resin 14 with an easily peelable resin material 112 formed as a boundary in a very small recessed and projected part corresponding to an information or guiding groove formed on a dummy substrate 111 by plasma polymerization or sputtering set.
