When the banks A, B, and C of the internal I/O control port 21, the I/F section control port 23, and the measurement section control port 22 share the bank switching domain in turn, the bank switching section 16, operating on the basis of the bank switching port 24 on the system bus, isolates the bus 14 from the system bus by controlling the section 5 and the section 7 in case the access is not to the section 8.
