SYSTEM FOR OPERATING A PLURALITY OF CLASSES

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage core information on operations of a plurality of classes by classifying and distributing and share a part or whole of the core information among a three-party such as an agent, a site and an instructor. SOLUTION: In a system for operating a plurality of classes, a plurality of class terminals 4a, 4b, etc., to operate each class, instructor terminals 5a, 5b, etc., owned by instructors belonging to each class and an agent server 1 to generally operate each class are connected mutually to allow communication via a communication network 2 and the agent server 1 stores accounting information on subject courses opened at each class into a databases DB. Guidance reports including contents of guidance and information on the number of students in lessons of the subject courses in each class are collected into the database DB of the agent server 1. The agent server 1 summarizes periodically the collected contents of the guidance and calculates operating costs to bill to each class based on the information on the number of students and the accounting information.
