Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for management of electronic envelope capable of acquiring and registering simply and efficiently data stored in an envelope such as a document file stored in envelopes at every origin of operations and also superior to usability and processing efficiency for users. SOLUTION: The method comprises a step s205 of replying an application screen, etc., of a work flow including all applications and management operations originated from the origin of operations to a terminal of a responsible person and of recognizing to present to the terminal operations of responsible persons for the work flow when accessing, a step for registration of data stored in an envelope s207 of acquiring the data stored in the envelope respectively replied from each terminal in order of operation processing and of registering the acquired data stored in the envelope into a database in association with the operation processing and a step for transmission of index data s212 of generating to transmit to the terminals index data by listing up the data stored in the envelop in the database in order of operation processing when accepting accesses or requests for browsing of the database from the terminals.
