METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR CONNECTING TERMINAL, MANAGING TERMINAL, CENTER TERMINAL, AND BRANCH TERMINAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the convenience of a user by reducing the connecting time from transmission of a connection request from a branch terminal up to the start of the connection to a center terminal, and to reduce the cost required for a managing server by allowing the connection of the branch terminal to the center terminal even when the managing server shuts down. SOLUTION: A method and a system for connecting terminal having the branch terminal operated by the user, a plurality of center terminals operated by an operator, and a managing terminal for managing the center terminals are characterized in that, the managing terminal having received the connection request from the branch terminal transmits the connection request to the center terminal selected by the managing terminal, and the center terminal processes the connection request, and when a response to the connection request of the center terminal is not transmitted to the branch terminal, the branch terminal transmits the connection request to one of the center terminals based on information of connection destinations previously housed in the branch terminal.
