SOLUTION: When an operation program is selected by an external operation, the operation program is read and when a hardware functional test program is selected, the hardware functional test program is selectively read from the ROM 1 and executed by a microprocessor at the operation program and the hardware functional test program are stored on the same ROM 1 and the ROM 1 is mounted on the same substrate.
