Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for taking a photograph for an application, capable of preventing the deterioration of image quality even when a photograph of a face stuck on the application is oblique to a camera, as for the device for taking a photograph for an application. SOLUTION: As for the device for photocopying the photograph 1 of the face stuck on the application, the device is constituted by including the camera 20 for taking the photograph for the application, a camera control part 21 for moving and/or rotating and/or zooming up/down the camera 20, a picture tilt detecting means 22 for detecting the tilt of the stuck photograph 1, and a controller 23 for controlling the whole operation.
