SOLUTION: In a liquid crystal display device comprising a pair of substrates, a plurality of active elements formed in a display area on one of the substrate pair, a plurality of scanning signal lines for applying the scanning signals to the respective row-directional active elements which are formed on the one of the substrates in the direction of row, pixel electrodes to which video signals are applied via drain signal lines arranged in the columnar direction on the one of the substrates, and common electrode signal lines arranged in the row direction on the one of the substrates, both end parts of each of the common electrode signal lines are connected via common electrode wiring, and also the common electrode wiring connected with one end of the common electrode signal line and the common electrode wiring connected with the other end differ in the number of wiring layers. |
