Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring chip for surface plasmon resonance biosensors which achieves a higher sensitivity along with an easier production. SOLUTION: The measuring chip for surface plasmon resonance biosensors has a transparent substrate, a metal film arranged on the transparent substrate and an organic silicon film fixed on the metal film. The organic silicon film is fixed on the metal film through an aromatic group bondable to atoms on the metal surface.
