PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analyzer useful for technological development of a plasma assist catalyst reaction system and capable of implementing a vibrational spectroscopic analysis and a luminescent spectroscopic analysis with high consistency. SOLUTION: This analyzer is characterized by capability of implementing a vibrational spectroscopic analysis and a luminescent spectroscopic analysis at the same time to one sample. The analyzer can be provided with electrodes for interlaying the sample, a vibrational spectroscopic analyzer for irradiating incident light on the sample to analyze its reflected light, transmitted light or diffused light, and a luminescent spectroscopic analyzer for analyzing the light emission from the sample in applying a voltage to the electrodes. According to the analyzer, a chemical species and an excited state thereof can be grasped at the same time in relation to states of reaction components, intermediate products and reaction products, and causes affecting a reaction passage including the exited state and the reaction can be accurately analyzed.
