SOLUTION: When RDF is manufactured from a chlorine containing combustible substance, e.g. municipal waste, as a fuel for a fluidized bed boiler for recovering vapor at 400 deg.C or higher, for suppressing the corrosion of a heat transfer pipe provided in the fluidized bed a Mg compound is added to manufacture the RDF. More specifically, RDF molded with addion of the Mg compound to the chlorine compound is supplied to a circulation fluidized bed boiler for recovering the vapor at 400 deg.C or higher with the heat transfer pipe provided in the fluidized bed. |
