Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling cornice which is beautiful in appearance without showing fixtures such as nails for mounting the same, to the interior of a room, and contributes to easy reforming without generating a large amount of waste materials, and to provide a method for mounting the ceiling cornice. SOLUTION: The ceiling cornice is formed of a long ceiling cornice main body and a cover member. The main body includes a surface abutted on a ceiling, a surface abutted on a wall, and a decorative surface in which a linear recess is formed in its longitudinal direction. The cover member can be fitted into the linear recess and has a decorative surface.
