Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an airbag device for an automobile which ensures a simple installation in the automobile and allows an unimpeded and guided lowering of a blast channel wall in the event of a head impact or a load position. SOLUTION: A head impact element 10 is disposed on a first channel wall 4 integrated with an inflator casing 2 of the airbag device of the automobile turnably on one side of a supporting part 11, and the head impact element 10 can be suspended via a coupling part K1 at the starting position I in the second channel wall 5 integrated with the inflator casing 2, and can be released in at the load position II.
