Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an acoustic characteristic of a loudspeaker, facilitate molding of a door lining, and inexpensively manufacture the door lining in the loudspeaker integrated door lining for internally storing a loudspeaker unit. SOLUTION: This door lining 1 is arranged inside a door panel 50. A lining body 10 is arranged along the door panel 50, and is attached with a loudspeaker box 20 formed of a box-shaped second garnish 22 having a recessed part, and a first garnish 21 having the loudspeaker 30, and this loudspeaker box 20 is formed as an almost sealed structure. The loudspeaker box 20 is connected to the lining body 20 via an elastic member 80. A recess-projection-shaped level difference part 25a is arranged on a wall surface of the loudspeaker box 20, and a honeycomb-shaped or grating-shaped reinforcing rib 60 is formed.
