SOLUTION: A guide rail 82 of a guide mechanism (advancing or retreating guide mechanism) is provided on a roll head 81 and bearing blocks 90, 91 are provided on an elevating platform 20. At the time of performing a changing work of the forming roll 80, the roll head 81 can be shifted to the changing position Pe that passes over a working position P1 to process a material to be processed 1. Further, the distance between a rotational center of the forming roll 80 and a supporting point (a center point of bearing blocks 90, 91) is shorter when the roll head 81 is situated in the working position P1 rather than in the changing position Pe, and supporting rigidity is better.
