Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an innovative chemical agent treatment system capable of safely and easily disassembling firearm bullets filled with a chemical agent, taking out the chemical agent, and decomposing the agent. SOLUTION: Firearm bullets filled with a chemical agent are frozen and crushed in a frozen state or the sheaths of the firearm bullets are electrolyzed in water to take out the dissolved chemical agent. The taken out chemical agent is decomposed in a molten salt. In the case the chemical agent contains an explosive, the explosive is separated and then decomposition treatment is carried out. In the case the chemical agent contains an arsenic compound, the salt of the arsenic compound dissolved in the molten salt used for the decomposition treatment is separated and immobilized.
