SOLUTION: Depending on the home terminal equipment (household electrical appliances), the home gateway device makes it possible to freely select a form of transmitting management information for each home terminal equipment only by setting up in memory a management table having management information to be transmitted, destination addresses, etc. Consequently, the versatile home gateway device can be provided.
