Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely deliver communication data by realizing a proper vehicle drive speed depending on communication data quantity in e.g. an inter-road- vehicle communication or the like. SOLUTION: An on-vehicle terminal station T makes communication with a base station K in a communication area and receives an amount of communication data whose transmission is scheduled from the base station K. Then the terminal station T grasps the amount of communication data by taking the communication data amount whose transmission is scheduled into account. Then the terminal station T calculates a time required for communication on the basis of the communication data amount, calculates a proper drive speed depending on the time, and displays the drive speed on a display device 2. Thus, a driver viewing the display can adjust the speed of the vehicle in matching with the drive speed. Further, when the vehicle has an automatic speed adjustment function, the automatic speed adjustment may be used.
