BOARD PRODUCTION SYSTEM AND PROGRAM FOR CONTROLLING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce losses of time for the enhancement of the efficiency of board production. SOLUTION: When apparatuses 2 to 5 for board production incorporated in a line complete mounting operation on boards in a planned quantity of production according to a production program completes (t10, t20, etc.), the apparatuses transmit a report of the completion of the operation to a control computer. When the control computer receives the report from the individual apparatuses, the control computer transmits the next production program to the individual apparatuses (t12, t22, etc.), and the individual apparatuses start production according to the transmitted next production program (t13, t23, etc.). With this constitution, the next production program can be transmitted to each apparatus that has completed the operation thereof without waiting for the most downstream apparatus (5) to complete the operation thereof. Therefore, losses of time can be reduced, and the production efficiency can be enhanced.
