RECORDING/REPRODUCING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the adjustment of the optical axis is deviated due to the effect of vibration, when a recording/reproducing apparatus incorporating an optical pickup in advance is loaded inside a lid body having an opening part. SOLUTION: An extension part which extends from an actuator base 6 having an actuator means which drives an objective lens 1, an optical base 7 in which a principal shaft 17 and a secondary shaft 19 are respectively through a primary bearing 16 and a secondary bearing 18, a motor which drives a turntable 21, and a recording/reproducing part are loaded inside a recessed part of the lid body 20 having the opening part 23. The tilt of the optical axis between a laser 22 and an information medium is then adjusted using skew means 12 and 15, and the recording/reproducing apparatus is obtained by dropping/curing an adhesive on the boundary part between the extension part 24 and the optical base 7 in the range which can be seen through the opening part 23.
