PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To preferentially ring with respect to a critical event such as a fire and gas leakage and also to reduce cost by simplifying a system about an alarm. SOLUTION: This disaster prevention receiver 10 provided with a speaker 17 for ringing alarm configured with prescribed contents corresponding to various events as one cycle is provided with a level showing a priority in accordance with event significance about various alarms. In the case an event occurs which is a factor of an alarm at a higher level during ringing of an alarm of a certain level, a ringing alarm at a low level is immediately stopped, and the alarm of the higher level is made to ring. In the case an alarm of a higher level rings at the same time when an event to be a factor of a certain level occurs, and if an event to be a factor of the alarm of a high level is restored, switching is made to the alarm of the low level after a cycle that rings when the event is restored.
