INFORMATION POSTING SERVER, INFORMATION POSTING METHOD AND PROGRAM THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information posting server, an information posting method and a program therefor which make it possible to reduce communication traffic for update in case of updating information on an electronic bulletin board. SOLUTION: A posting information database 22a stores the information for posting to be posted on a user terminal 10 in association with the information on transmission time of day in which the information for posting is transmitted. A reception processing part 23 receives an update request for the information for posting being posted on the user terminal 10 and the information on the time of the day for the most recent information for posting being posted on the user terminal 10. Based on the information on the time of the day received, a search processing part 24 searches out of the posting information database 22a the information for posting which is associated with the information on the transmission time of the day later than the above time of the day in terms of the information on the transmission time of the day. A transmission processing part 25 transmits the information for posting searched to the user terminal 10.
