SOLUTION: When an integrated control processor 121 receives a business operation identifier, an event analysis processor 122 referring to an event log 114 extracts work executed during the business operation. An operation information collection control processor 123 acquires from system configuration information 112 a business program that will execute the extracted work, checks the information 112 to identify a business server 130, 150 on which the business program will be executed, and instructs the identified business server to collect operation information corresponding to the business operation and business program. The business server extracts all operation information corresponding to the business operation and business program from its own operation log 141, 161 and sends them to a business operation management server 110. An operation information editing processor 124 edits received operation information based on the business flow definition of the business operation, and the integrated control processor 121 outputs the edited result.
