SOLUTION: The device is equipped with an operation management state collection part 23 which collects the state of the plant 11, a maintenance scheduling support part 22 which generates maintenance factors for maintenance based upon the state, and a homepage 24 which opens the maintenance factors to terminals 4, 6, and 7 belonging to persons concerned with the plant. For example, the maintenance factors indicate the occurrence of a fault, secular changes (physical life), preventive maintenance, life cycle costs (economical life), Weibull analysis of a fault rate, institutional life used to standardize depreciation, and that the plant 11 becomes inadaptive to variations of various elements, increases in the frequency of an operation stop, can not have automation facilities installed as technologies become old-fashioned, and can not be adapted to environmental changes resulting from urbanization. |
