Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration-isolation device excellent in durability capable of minimizing a boss length while securing an effective screw length of a screw provided to a boss. SOLUTION: In a vibration-isolation device for an internal combustion engine in which a rubber vulcanized in lower plate and upper plate arranged in parallel is sandwiched between a base floor and an engine base, the upper plate is provided with a hole. A boss in which a screw hole having no imperfect screw part is contained is arranged under the upper plate, so that the screw hole and the upper plate are made concentrical. By covering the lower surface and the side surface by the lid member and welding a lid member and an upper plate, with the required screw length secured, boss length is shorten.
