Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shut off propagation sound in a side passage by fire resistive covering of a column and a beam, improve sound shutting-off performance of a connection part of the column, beam, and a partition wall to such an extent that it is equal to design sound shutting-off performance value of the partition wall or more securely, and simplify a construction process of the fire resistive covering and the fire-resisting partition wall. SOLUTION: A terminal part or an upper end of the fire-resisting partition wall W divides the fire resistive covering D of the column C or the beam B and reaches a surface of the column or the beam. Wall fire resistive materials 12, 13, 17, 18 continuous with wall surface materials 7, 8 are arranged in a hollow part 15 of the fire- resisting partition wall. The wall fire resistive materials are continuous with a fire resistive covering material through the wall surface materials from the viewpoint of fire resistance, and the fire resistive covering covering the whole column or beam is formed by the fire resistive covering materials 2, 3, the wall surface materials, and the wall fire resistive materials. The fire resistive covering of the column or the beam is constructed after constructing the wall surface materials of the fire- resisting partition wall and the wall fire resistive materials.
