SOLUTION: An antioxidant, nitrogen monoxide-production inhibitor or antiulcer drug which contains as the active ingredients one or more plants selected from the group consisting of Salacia chinensis, Salacia oblonga and Salacia reticulate or their extracts, and processed food which contains the drug components.
