Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preventing the degradation of a water- unstable medicament in a sugar-coated preparation, and also provide a sugar- coated preparation which reduces the degradation of the water-unstable medicament in the sugar-coated preparation. SOLUTION: An uncoated tablet containing the water-unstable medicament is treated with a protection treatment, and is further coated with a composition solution for sugar coating, which contains a succinated gelatin.
