Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a component WB, such as a stud bolt for roof rail, to be welded on a product W when being re-welded in such a manner that the product W, such as a car roof, which is tack-welded and assembled by a welding robot at a weld station, is gripped with a product holder 52 attached to the hand 50 of a handling robot, followed by being lifted from the weld station and being re-welded with the welding robot. SOLUTION: A component holder 53 is attached to a hand 50. A component WB is welded on a product W by a welding robot in such a way that the component WB is held with the work holder.
