Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a specific binding agent for human polymorphic epithelial mucin. SOLUTION: This binding agent is a reshaped human antibody or reshaped human antibody fragment with a specificity to the human polymorphic epithelial muchin (PEM) including (i) at least one heavy-chain having the same amino acid sequence as that in the heavy chain producible by means of the expression vector contained in Escherichia coli NCTC 12411 strain and (ii) at least one light-chain having the same amino acid sequence as that in the light-chain producible by means of the expression vector contained in Escherichia coli NCTC 12412 strain.
