Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic toner excellent in all of storage stability, low temperature fixing property, offset resistance and environmental stability. SOLUTION: In the electrophotographic toner containing a binder resin and a coloring agent, the binder resin essentially consists of the following (A), (B) and (C). They are (A) a resin having 120 to 170 deg.C softening point, 58 to 75 deg.C glass transition point and 5 to 50 mass% chloroform insoluble content, (B) a resin having 90 to 120 deg.C softening point and 58 to 75 deg.C glass transition point, and (C) a crystalline polyester having 80 to 140 deg.C melting point. Further, the chloroform insoluble content of the binder resin is =1.5 probe penetration degree and 80 to 110 deg.C melting point.
