Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber temperature head sensor whose internal structure is improved so as to be further improvable in its productivity and characteristic. SOLUTION: This optical fiber temperature sensor is provided with an enclosure 1 and an optical fiber temperature sensor 2 that is housed in a manner to be connected with an external optical fiber therein, and it is characterized in that the temperature sensor is formed of a sheet fiber. When it is buried under the surface of a structure such as road, at least the upper surface part of the enclosure is made of a material with higher thermal conductivity than that of the surface part of the structure, and at least the bottom surface part thereof is made of a material with lower thermal conductivity than said thermal conductivity.
