Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rubber-reinforced thermoplastic resin composition having excellent appearance of a welded part, heat stability, weather resistance, colorability, impact resistance and chemical resistance. SOLUTION: This rubber-modified thermoplastic resin composition is obtained by graft-copolymerizing a monomer of an aromatic vinylic compound and/or a (meth)acrylic ester on (a) a hydrogenated dienic gummy polymer which is a hydrogenated product of a block copolymer [except the following block copolymer (Z)] having an aromatic vinyl polymer block and a conjugate diene polymer block, (b) a gummy block copolymer which is a hydrogenated product of the following block copolymer (Z), and (c) an ethylene-α-olefin-based gummy polymer: the block copolymer (Z) comprises (A) a conjugate diene polymer block and (B) a conjugate diene polymer block having a structure different from the component (A) or an aromatic vinyl-conjugate diene copolymer block.
