Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote control device with simplified structure and improve convenience of use, and to provide a stroller provided with the same. SOLUTION: This remote control device is connected to a folding mechanism and a handle change-over mechanism through wire cables 2 and 3. This remote control device is provided with a pair of pulleys 10a and 10b rotatably supported by a support shaft 4 to wind up one end of the wire cables 2 and 3, a rotary plate 20 supported between the pulley 10a and 10b rotatably around the same shaft and for energizing any one of the pulleys in response to the rotating position thereof, an operation lever 30 for driving the rotary plate for rotation with the stroking operation, and a selector plate 40 for setting and holding the rotary plate 20 at the predetermined rotating position so that the rotary plate 20 energizes any one of the pulleys.
