Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiper controller capable of securing view by two overlapping wiper blades and moving the wiper blades without collision. SOLUTION: When speeds of a first wiper 3 having the first wiper blade 10 reciprocatingly wiping an unwiped region by a first wiper motor 7, a second wiper 4 having the second wiper blade 16 reciprocatingly wiping the unwiped region in a way overlapping with the first wiper blade 16 by a second wiper motor 13 and the first and second wiper blades 10, 16 are lower than predetermined speeds, this wiper controller 1 controls the first and second wiper motors 7, 13 so as to stop the first wiper blade 10 at a predetermined reversing position and accelerate the second wiper blade 16.
