Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely discharge powders from a casing of an apparatus for rectifying a cylindrical article, in particular, a nuclear fuel pellet, by a working grind wheel. SOLUTION: The powders generated due to the rectification by the working grind wheel 10 remain sealed in, and almost all of the powders are conveyed to a side of the working grind wheel by an air stream generated by the rotation and forced suction of the working grind wheel 10 and are removed by the forced suction.
