BARREL CLEANING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a barrel cleaning device capable of cleaning, rinsing and drying materials to be cleaned in a common cleaning vessel. SOLUTION: The barrel cleaning device is provided with a cleaning vessel 4; a barrel-shaped frame structure 10 placed in the cleaning vessel; a cleaning basket 16 rotatably supported in the frame structure and storing materials to be cleaned in the inside; a barrel device 6 installed in such a way to penetrate the end plate 18 of one side of the above frame structure and to enter the inside of the above basket with the center axis conforming to the above basket, and containing a nozzle cylinder 22 with a plugged top end and installed with a plurality of nozzles 38 in the bottom; a driving device 32 rotating the above basket in the above frame structure; and means 60, 62, 70, 72, 80 feeding the cleaning liquid, a rinsing liquid and a drying hot air from an introducing opening 34 of the above nozzle cylinder into the above nozzle cylinder.
