PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultra superfine coaxial cable in which a single wire is used as the center conductor and which is superior in electrical characteristics, bending characteristics, and in terminal soldering property. SOLUTION: At the outer periphery of a copper alloy wire 2 of the single wire, a plating layer 3 is formed whose thickness is 1 μm or more, and which is composed of silver type, tin type or nickel type material, and the center conductor 4 is prepared whose wire diameter is 80 μm or less, and the outer periphery of the center conductor 4 is covered by an insulator 5, and a shield conductor 6 is installed at the outer periphery of the insulator 5, and the outer periphery of the shielded conductor 6 is covered by a jacket 7.
