SOLUTION: When an account is opened, an account opening function 11 obtain an internal account number (common to respective branches) and an external account number (unique to a branch) from internal account numbering information F102 and external account numbering information F103, generates account index information F104 according to the internal account number and external account number, and generates account information F101 for management by the internal account number which is not influenced when the account is transferred. When the account is transferred, an account transfer function 12 obtains an external account number of a transfer-destination branch from the external account numbering information F103, generates account index information F104 on the external account number of the transfer-destination branch, and adds the account index information F104 of the external account number of the transfer-destination branch to the account index information 104 of the transfer-source branch to update the information.
