Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the lubrication of the whole rotation plane of a bearing inside a transmission by forming a seal means on the channel of a lubricating oil circulating inside the transmission in the rear of the bearing, in a lubricating device of the transmission for feeding the lubricating oil to a gear and the bearing inside the transmission for varying the rotation speed of a main shaft and transmitting the rotation speed to a drive system. SOLUTION: The lubricating device of the transmission smoothes the rotation of the main shaft 1 by feeding the lubricating oil to bearings 6, 7a and 7b inside the transmission for varying the rotation speed of the main shaft 1 and transmitting the rotation speed to the drive system. The lubricating device has seal means 21 and 22 formed on the channel of the lubricating oil circulating inside the transmission in the rear of the bearing 7b. Therefore, since the resistance is applied to the flow of the lubricating oil and the lubricating oil is reserved near the bearing 7b in the rear to form an oil reservoir F, the lubrication of the whole rotation plane of the bearing 7b can be secured.
