SOLUTION: The brake band 10 has a strap 12 for clamping an outer circumferential face of a clutch drum, a lining 13 capable of press-contacting on the outer circumferential face of the clutch drum, a plurality of rivets 15 (fixing members) for fixing the lining 13 to an inner circumferential face of the strap 12, and a pair of brackets 14 fixed to both ends of the strap 12.
