WORKING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working device having a control function capable of working a work with high accuracy without generating any breakage, wrinkles, cracks or the like while maintaining the high working efficiency. SOLUTION: The working device comprises a first rotating means for rotating the work, a second rotating means for rotating a formed member, a pressing means for pressing the formed member from the direction substantially orthogonal to the axis of rotation of the work, a moving means for moving the formed member in the direction substantially parallel to the axis of rotation of the work, and a control means. The control means performs at least one of the mode of controlling the pressing means so that the pressing force by the pressing means is maintained in a first predetermined range and the mode of controlling the moving means so that the moving force by the moving means is maintained in a second predetermined range, and at least one of the first and second rotating means is controlled so that the peripheral speed difference at an abutting part of the work on the formed member is maintained in a third predetermined range.
