Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To open and close a passage for discharging a treating liquid without using a stop valve and to clean completely to leave no treating liquid stirred in the previous time. SOLUTION: A main body part 3 of a stirrer 1 is attached to a base pedestal 2 with a spindle 3a in upright and to be inclined left and right. In the main body part 3, a stirring vessel 8 and a motor 6 are provided respectively on the top and the bottom of a main body case 4 and a stirring shaft 7 driven by the motor 6 is projected upward. The stirring vessel 8 is provided with an inside cylinder 9 extending from the bottom part 8b and a flow out pipe 1 extending horizontally from the lower end of the cylinder wall 8a, a plug body 12 is prepared to freely insert to and pulled out from the flow-out pipe 11 and a stirring tool 13 is fixed to the stirring shaft 7 with a nut 14. The treating liquid 15 is charged into the stirring vessel 8 by the quantity in which the treating liquid does not flow out when the flow out pipe 11 is inclined upward, the plug body 12 is inserted, the main body part 3 is erected and the stirring tool 13 is rotated at a high speed to mix. After mixing, the main body part 3 is inclined to face the flow out pipe 11 obliquely upward, the plug body 12 is taken out, a receiving vessel is positioned under the flow out pipe 11, the main body part 3 is inclined reversely to face the flow out pipe obliquely downward and the treating liquid 15 flows out. Because the flow out pipe does not have any stop valve, the inside of the flow out pipe 11 is completely cleaned. |
