Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain powdered chocolate having good flavor, to provide a method for producing the powdered chocolate, and to provide food and drink containing the powdered chocolate. SOLUTION: The powdered chocolate is obtained by coating spray granules comprising dissolved chocolate raw material with dextrin powder while tumbling the dextrin powder at a low temperature, and the powder beverage containing the powdered chocolate is not solidified during preservation and thereby results in having an excellent chocolate flavor.
