Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commutation ticket illegal cancel preventing system which prevents an illegal cancel of a commutation ticket. SOLUTION: In a commutation ticket illegal cancel preventing system 10, a terminal 21 of a commutation ticket office 20 and a personal computer 31 of a commutation ticket issue management center 30 transmit and receive information to and from each other through a network 40. A function is provided which transmits personal password information specifying a person to the personal computer 31 of the commutation ticket issue management center 30 from the terminal 21 of the commutation ticket office 20 besides commutation ticket information at the time of issuing a commutation ticket after receiving an application for purchase of the commutation ticket from a user by the commutation ticket office 20 at the time of purchase of the commutation ticket. The person is specified by personal password information of the commutation ticket. Thus wrong cancel of the commutation ticket is prevented.
