Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to use a new information device in an instant by providing the new information device under conditions that a setting and data in an information device now in use have already shifted to the new information device when providing the new information device as replacement or an addition. SOLUTION: When receiving an order for the new information device from the user, an order for shift service of the setting and data, etc., is received simultaneously to transfer the setting and data, etc., to an information device for management from the information device now in use of the user by using a tool for shifting of setting/data and transfer contents of the setting and data, etc., to an information device to be produced for the user then the information device is shipped after setting the contents in it, so that the user can operate the new information device at the moment when newly obtaining it in the same environment as that of the information device now in use.
