INTERNET PRESENTATION SYSTEM AND METHOD, AND PROJECTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a presentation system, with which a common presentation file can be easily presented by a plurality of users on computers located at a plurality of distant places. SOLUTION: A server 17 has a hardware ID to be used for confirming the users of projectors 11, 13 and 15 and for updating driver information 19 and has a managing function for grouping the users and performing a limitation so that only the presentation file in the specified group can be accessed. An administrator prepares and edits a required template file and a required color scheme file. In such a case, limited users can not edit these files. The server holds the statistics of the limited users and activities thereof. By using such statistics, the administrator determines the template file and the color scheme file for deleting and editing.
