Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a converter surely supply a specific information while requiring a low energy. SOLUTION: A rectifier 8 connected to the output part 6a of a piezo sensor 6 is provided and the negative part of the measured signal is suppressed by the action of the rectifier. A peak detector 9 connected to the rectifier is provided, which converts the rest positive part of the measured signal into an envelope curve. A high-pass filter 10 is provided and by the action of the high- pass filter, the envelope curve of the measured signal continuing in time is converted into intermediate signal provided with individual amplitudes having 0-pass. At a digital input part 12a of a micro processor 12 set behind the high- pass filter, a comparator 11 connected to the output side is provided and under the action of the comparator, the intermediate signal is converted into digital signal having square amplitude history.
